ਢਿਲੋਂ ਸਾਬ ਜੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਫ੍ਰੀ ਲੁੱਟ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂਆਤ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭੀਮ ਸੈਨ ਸੱਚਰ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਕੀਤਾ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਨ! ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਲਿਆ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀਆ ਸਟੇਟਾਂ ਏਨਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਨਾਂ ਲੈਂਦੀਆ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨੇ ਪੈਂਦੇ!

Dr. Dhillon Jee ! your lecture was very informative. The only thing I do not agree with is that there has to be a solution. One solution is Khalasthan, a totally separate state. Another solution is to go back to 1966 and once again make Punjab what it was then, annex Haryana, Himachal, and section of Rajasthan. Third solution, as land is property of the state, no Punjab or Center government have a right to take away its sovereignty of the land from the people of Punjab. Hold a referendum to show what Punjabi wants. I believe even the world back and other western government might place a pressure on the center government to find the wishes of the people. Sir ! you are more knowledgeable on the Punjab waters than the most of us, please come up with one solution, and get the mass movement on that issue alone, in Punjab and abroad.
