People who should be getting bail in the <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/high-courts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">high courts<\/a> will not necessarily get it, as a result of which, they have to move to the <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/supreme-court\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supreme Court<\/a>.
