The court rejected NTK&#8217;s argument that the Election Symbols Order governing this process was arbitrary and unconstitutional, emphasizing the importance of providing free symbols.<br \/>NTK was displeased by the assignment of the &#8216;ganna kisan&#8217; (sugarcane farmer) symbol to another political party in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
