Since proceedings are pending before the NCLAT, we refrain from commenting on its observations. Prima facie, we believe that the September 6 order suffers from inconsistencies. On one hand, it indicates that the status quo ante must be restored, while on the other hand, the NCLAT states that the status quo should be maintained as of the date of the order (September 6),\u201d said the top court.<\/p>\n<p>The CJI said, \u201cSince proceedings are listed before the NCLAT on September 18&#8230;
