It then adjourned the hearing on the PIL, taking into account the request for postponement by the attorney general. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:1--><br \/>The PIL was filed by advocate <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/harsh-vibhore-singhal\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harsh Vibhore Singhal<\/a>. The plea has also sought a direction to plug the &#8216;zone of twilight&#8217; of there being no time for notifying the Collegium&#8217;s recommendations for the appointment of judges to the higher judiciary.
