It is needless to say that all contentions kept open for the petitioner (Goenka) in the impugned order will remain so, notwithstanding the present dismissal order,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/sebi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sebi<\/a> had in September 2021picked KPMG as the forensic auditor for SGRL\u2019s financial accounts for the fiscal years 2018-19 through 2020-21. KPMG submitted its report on SGRL on March 21, 2023.<\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:2--><br \/>Later, Sebi had in April last year issued show-cause notices to SGRL and Goenka, along with promoter Jayneer Infrapower and Multiventures and others, for alleged syphoning of funds.The market regulator had also directed them not to dilute or sell their holdings in the company.\u201cIt appears that the main reason for Shirpur\u2019s defaults to lenders is non-receipt of funds from its debtors amounting to Rs 404 crore.
