Khaled Hussein, 20, fled Syria as a child. He describes the bombardment that forced his family to flee again.<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<dl class=\"css-p98d0w\">\n<dt class=\"css-xx7kwh\"\/>\n<dd class=\"css-4gvq6l\">\n<p class=\"css-8hvvyd\">Khaled Hussein, filmed this video from his home near the Lebanese city of Nabatiyeh. It shows an Israeli airstrike hitting just a few hundred meters away and hide here on base. As the bombings continued, Khaled and his family decided they had to escape. They\u2019re now among at least 800 people taking shelter at this U.N. facility south of Beirut after fleeing the fighting between Israel and Hezbollah. Since last week, Israeli airstrikes on Lebanon have killed more than 700 people and forced more than 90,000 to leave their homes. For Khaled, like many of the people sheltering here, it\u2019s not the first time he\u2019s been forced to flee war. In just a matter of days, hundreds of facilities like this have been set up across Lebanon to shelter people displaced by violence. Many of the people here are Syrian and Palestinian refugees living in Lebanon. For Imad Ahmed, a Palestinian refugee living in southern Lebanon, it\u2019s the third time he\u2019s had to flee a war with Israel. But this time, he\u2019s had to do it with his children. Outside, dozens of people are hoping to get in, but being turned away because the facility doesn\u2019t have the space to welcome them.
