The system will focus on registering the cases relating to industrial disputes and develop a seamless interface for all the parties concerned.<\/p>\n<p>It will be a facility for the parties to upload their inputs and documents on this platform to see if their submissions meet legal requirements. The system will automatically validate these submissions, besides generating a unique case number to confirm the applicants that their cases are currently under review.<\/p>\n<p>The release further said that the e-court platform will not only effectively manage all received cases but also allow for tracking from acceptance to resolution. The system will be a tool for court staff to review and verify cases, ensuring proper classification and adherence to procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The cases will be placed under different categories such as salary disputes and wrongful termination. A scheduling system, which the platform will feature, will set dates and times for hearings, accommodating both court resources and the schedules of the parties involved. Under the new system, it will be an easy task to track the status of issued documents.
