Subsequently, similar letters were sent by doctors from other state-run hospitals. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:1--><br \/><a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/junior-doctors\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Junior doctors<\/a> at several government hospitals in the state are on a fast-unto-death demanding justice for their <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/murdered-colleague\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">murdered colleague<\/a>, the resignation of the state&#8217;s health secretary, and enhanced workplace security. The government asserted that <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/healthcare-services\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">healthcare services<\/a> in state-run hospitals have not been disrupted, as senior doctors continue to work normally.
