The latest Magicbricks <!-- -->Housing Sentiment Index<!-- --> (HSI), based on a survey of over 2,100 customers, showed an increase from 149 to 155 between April to Sept.<br \/>There was also more confidence among homebuyers and investors within the <!-- -->luxury segment<!-- --> (properties in Rs 3.5-5 crore segment) with HSI score of 162.Investor sentiment was also robust in Noida and Greater Noida, with both recording a HSI score of 163, while cities such as Gurugram, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad had scores of 160 each.
