The event was also attended by Justice MM Sundresh and other senior members from the legal fraternity.<\/p>\n<p>In his address, Justice Khanna underlined the importance of mediation in India&#8217;s legal landscape, stating that with increasing global trade and commercial transactions, mediation serves as an efficient mechanism for dispute resolution, ensuring quicker and mutually beneficial outcomes.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/mediation-experts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mediation experts<\/a> from the UK, France and Singapore imparted training during the programme. The training was given to advance skills and capabilities of <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/legal-mediation-professionals\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">legal mediation professionals<\/a> in India to specialise in handling multi-party commercial matters.
