Let the big boys in the (Silicon) Valley do it, spending billions of dollars,&#8221; Nilekani said. <\/p>\n<p>He also shed light on the importance of creating infrastructure for data collection. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s all about data.
