In September, Salman Khan faced a rib injury while filming Sikandar<\/em>. As rumours about his condition circulated, the actor confirmed the news. While on the sets of Bigg Boss 18<\/em>, he mentioned to the paparazzi that he had broken two ribs. As he was walking towards his car, he reminded the photographers to be careful, highlighting the seriousness of his injury. Salman Khan said, “Do pasaliya tuti hai, aaram se<\/em>. (Two ribs are broken, easily)” The video was shared by a fan page on X.<\/p>\n
