An alumnus of IIT Delhi, he has handled important assignments, including stint at <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/world-customs-organization\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Customs Organization<\/a> ( WCO ) and <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/world-trade-organization\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">World Trade Organization<\/a> (WTO). He is likely to succeed senior CBIC member Rajeev Talwar who is superannuating on November 30.<\/p>\n<p>Yogendra Garg, a 1990 batch IRS officer, He was Principal Director General of Systems and Data Management, where he was key in integration of tax systems and e-filing processes and the reforms.
