She expressed her displeasure with officials not taking the meetings seriously. Chief secretary Raturi has now given clear instructions to take strict action against the secretaries in case of their absence at all important review meetings in future.<\/p>\n<p>What irked the chief secretary Raturi is the growing tendency among most of the secretary-level officers to send either additional secretaries or other subordinate officers of their departments concerned to attend different review meetings chaired by her recently.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday, she took the absence of secretary-level officers at the meeting of the Technical Review Committee, relating to the \u201cSashakt Uttarakhand-25\u201d. She was chairing the meeting held on the premises of the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/state-secretariat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">state secretariat<\/a> in <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/dehradun\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dehradun<\/a>. She immediately summoned all secretaries, who were supposed to attend today&#8217;s meeting, and reprimanded them. Later, she issued instructions for their compulsory presence at all such meetings in future.<\/p>\n<p>She has directed all the departments concerned to give top priority to the Sashakt Uttarakhand- 25 and make efforts to achieve its goals. She has also made it clear that the goals set for each department to ensure all around development of the hill state under the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/sashakt-uttarakhand-25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sashakt Uttarakhand-25<\/a> will be reviewed regularly. She also asked the officials to give priority to review the implementation of the department-wise action plan. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:1--><br \/>She underlined the need for the groundworks on part of the departments concerned to achieve the goals, besides expediting future action plans. Heads of all the departments will achieve the development goals in the remaining time. She also asked the officials to ensure implementation of all the action plans on the ground. Principal Secretary Shri R.K. Sudhanshu, Secretary Shri R.
