Most of these companies confirmed that the employees can work remotely, particularly in case of extreme weather conditions and poor air quality.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We believe in empowering our employees to make their own decisions by offering flexible hours, remote work options, and access to satellite offices in other cities,&#8221;
