It is expected to compete against Apple&#8217;s <a class=\"sp_lnk2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gadgets360.com\/macbook-pro-16-inch-m4-max-2024-price-in-india-129085\">MacBook Pro<\/a>, <a class=\"sp_lnk2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gadgets360.com\/dell-xps-13-9345-price-in-india-127786\">Dell XPS<\/a>, and Microsoft Surface in the market. Google announced its last Pixel laptop \u2014 Pixelbook Go \u2014 in 2019.<\/p>\n<h2>Google Is Reportedly in the Early Stages of a Pixel Laptop Project<\/h2>\n<p>Android Headlines, <a class=\"sp_lnk2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.androidheadlines.com\/exclusive-google-pixel-laptop-development.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">citing<\/a> an internal mail, reports that Google will soon be returning to the laptop market with a new premium Pixel laptop. The laptop codenamed \u201cSnowy&#8221; is being compared internally with other high-end laptops, including the MacBook Pro, Dell XPS, Microsoft Surface and the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook. Therefore it is speculated to come with high-end specifications.<\/p>\n<p>Google has reportedly assigned a team dedicated to this project. Google&#8217;s Pixel laptop is said to have a premium build as the company is looking to target the premium market. It is said\u00a0to run on Chrome OS.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, a report by Android Headlines <a class=\"sp_lnk2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.androidauthority.com\/chrome-os-becoming-android-3500661\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">suggests <\/a>that Google&#8217;s rumoured Pixel laptop will run a new version of desktop Android. Unfortunately, both reports do not include a timeline for the launch of the Pixel-branded laptop.<\/p>\n<p>It has been a long time since Google released a Pixel laptop. The brand <a class=\"sp_lnk2\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gadgets360.com\/audio\/news\/google-pixel-buds-pixelbook-go-nest-wifi-mini-stadia-price-specifications-2117385\">unveiled <\/a>Pixelbook Go in October 2019 at its Made By Google event alongside Google Pixel Buds, Nest Wifi, and Nest Mini. The first Chromebook with Pixel branding was launched in 2013.<\/p>\n<p>The Pixelbook Go came with a Chrome OS and has Intel Core M3 processors on the base variant, and Intel Core i7 processors on the higher-end variant. It sports a 13.3-inch display and is offered in 8GB or 16GB RAM options.
