She had sought interim bail on the grounds that her son has exams. <\/p>\n<p>Kavitha is in judicial custody. Her regular bail application has been listed for hearing on April 20.<\/p>\n<p>The BRS leader is allegedly a key member of the &#8216;South Group&#8217;, which has been accused of paying the ruling <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/aap\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AAP<\/a> in Delhi kickbacks of Rs 100 crore in return for a big share of liquor licences in the national capital. She was sent to 14-day judicial custody last Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Kavitha, 46, was arrested from her Banjara Hills residence on March 15 amid protests by BRS supporters.<\/p>\n<p>The BRS leader was then sent to seven-day <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/ed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ED<\/a> custody the next day.
