Leading that list is former Australia opener <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/david-warner\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\">David Warner<\/a>, who also captained Sunrisers Hyderabad to their maiden IPL title in 2016. But having retired from international cricket, the 38-year-old left-hander found no takers at the two-day auction. <br \/>But Warner is not the only high-profile cricketers who missed out on an IPL contract. Also in the unsold list are New Zealand&#8217;s Kane Williamson &amp; Darly Mitchell, India&#8217;s all-rounder <a href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/topic\/shardul-thakur\" styleobj=\"[object Object]\" class=\"\" commonstate=\"[object Object]\" frmappuse=\"1\">Shardul Thakur<\/a> &amp; fast bowler Umesh Yadav, England wicket-keeper Jonny Bairstow and many more. <br \/>Such is the quality of players in the list that an &#8216;<!-- -->Unsold XI<!-- -->&#8216; can challenge any of the 10 teams. <br \/>Timesofindia.com put together a playing XI of the unsold names, with Williamson as the skipper. <br \/>1.
