During the drive, 29 individuals who are working in the bakery were detected with the Labour category of ILP which upon verification through Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West were found to have been issued not in compliance with the Manipur ILP guidelines, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>He added those Labour Category ILP were cancelled, and the apprehended 29 individuals have been deported and sent to their respective home State. Subsequently, the Home Department has issued instructions to the District Administration concerned and Deputy Labour Commissioner to do detailed inquiry into such lapses and initiate stern action against the involved Government Functionaries. State Government has constituted a Committee at State Level to review overall implementation of ILP in the State with Commissioner (Home), <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/government-of-manipur\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Government of Manipur<\/a> as Chairman and representatives of UIDAI, Chief Electoral Officer, Land Resource Department, DCs and SsP of districts. Direction has been issued to submit its report within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>The committee review the overall implementation of ILP in the State, review the existing <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/ilp-monitoring-mechanism\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ILP Monitoring mechanism<\/a> in districts with their outcomes;, to work out mechanism for verification of all ILPs already issued and to make recommendation for a regular and efficient reporting mechanism besides to make recommendation to formalise the process of verification before issue of ILP and to formulate one SoP for checking and verification of ILPs on the ground. The Committee shall submit a comprehensive report within 15 days.<\/p>\n<p>Further, the State Government also constituted a District Level Task Force in all districts of Manipur for checking ILPs on the ground with One Addtional SP level Officer as Team Leader with other representatives of Deputy Commissioner, UIDAI and District Election Officer concerned.<\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:1--> <br \/>State Government appealed to all ILP seekers and ILP holders to get their ILP verified at the earliest and to check the proper ILP Type they are seeking before application to avoid any confusion.
