The <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/bharatiya-vayuyan-vidheyak-2024\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bharatiya Vayuyan Vidheyak 2024<\/a> was passed in the Rajya Sabha by a voice vote.
