Team Railways, IIT-Madras&#8217; <!-- -->Avishkar Hyperloop team<!-- -->, and TuTr (an incubated startup),&#8221; the Minister posted on X (formerly Twitter).<br \/>The initiative is a joint effort between IIT Madras&#8217;s Avishkar Hyperloop team and TuTr, a startup fostered at the institution.<\/p>\n<p>In 2012, Elon Musk popularised the concept of Hyperloop and since then it has attracted worldwide interest, and this development indicates India&#8217;s progress towards implementing this innovative system.<br \/>The Avishkar Hyperloop team consists of 76 students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, from IIT Madras, according to an ET report. The implementation plan includes two stages. <br \/>A Hyperloop system utilises pods as pressurised vehicles that travel at exceptional velocities through tubes maintained at low pressure.
