According to TOI, due to the passage of time, there is little circumstantial evidence, leaving the investigation reliant on survivor testimonies\u2014testimonies that are now deemed insufficient for further legal proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Many of the survivors have expressed disinterest in taking the matter forward, leaving law enforcement uncertain of how to proceed with the cases.
