Subhash alleged harassment by his wife, her family, and a judge in Uttar Pradesh. While some supported her criticism of the alleged misuse of laws, others found her generalisation about men being at fault problematic.<\/p>\n<h2>Atul Subhash&#8217;s Family Demands Justice<\/h2>\n<p>Subhash\u2019s brother has demanded justice, calling for legal reforms to protect men from harassment. He questioned why no arrests had been made despite the gravity of the allegations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want justice for my brother. Laws should be made for the men also as they are also suffering from harassment. The Government of India should understand this. Delhi-based Senior Advocate Vikas Pahwa told ANI, \u201cThere are false allegations that are not only filed against the husband but also relatives, the in-laws, and others. Most of them are false. I am not saying there are no genuine cases, but a majority are filed to persuade the husband to settle the matter through some money.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pahwa further alleged, \u201cThe police do not conduct preliminary inquiries but instead facilitate monetary settlement of marital disputes to close pending cases.
