Mika Singh is a big fan of the legendary Amitabh Bachchan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The singer never shies away from expressing his admiration for Big B. Recently, Mika talked about the time he sneaked into Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali party <\/a>without an invitation.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In an interview with Lallantop<\/a>, the singer said, “Every year, Mr Bachchan would celebrate Diwali at his house, and I would pass by and admire all the decorations. I always wanted to be invited. I had a big car, a Hummer, so I entered his house without an invitation once. I took a couple of rounds, and exited. I used to invite him to my shows. I would send him messages, and he would reply, \u2018God bless you.'”<\/p>\n

Mika Singh <\/a>also opened up about the time when Daler Mehendi pulled a prank on him.<\/p>\n

He said, \u201cDaler Mehendi told me, \u2018I’ll get you the real [Amitabh] Bachchan on the line, wait’. And he called a number and started saying, \u2018Mr Bachchan, here, my brother Mika wants to talk to you’. I immediately stood up out of respect and spoke to Mr Bachchan. He sounded exactly like him. I didn’t know that Daler Paaji had pulled a prank on me; I was talking to some duplicate,\u201d said Mika.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On his meeting with Amitabh Bachchan, Mika Singh added, \u201cOne day, at a shoot, Mr [Amitabh] Bachchan was there, and I was trying to hide from him. He called me over and asked me why I’d stopped sending him messages. He said that he would look forward to them and that I shouldn’t stop. That’s the day my admiration for him increased.”<\/p>\n

Mika Singh shared that Amitabh Bachchan also attended a “muhurat” event for his “flop” film.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe [Amitabh Bachchan] kept his word. He said he’d be there at 9 am, and he showed up exactly on time,” the singer added.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Mika Singh is known for his party numbers including \u2014\u00a0Rani Tu Main Raja,\u00a0Chinta Ta Ta Chita Chita, Pungi\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Long Drive<\/em>.\u00a0Recently, he crooned the title track \u2014 Pushpa Pushpa<\/em> \u2014 in Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2: The Rule.<\/em><\/p>\n
