He alleged that the investors forcefully concluded the sale for Rs 90 crore on June 28 last year. The complaint states that Sahu&#8217;s co-founders, Jitendra Jagadev and Smruti Ranjan Parida, collaborated with investors to sell Nestaway to Aurum using allegedly forged documents.<br \/>&#8220;Now I am running with great financial hardship.
