This will be the third round of talks on iCET since the initiative was launched in January 2023. <\/p>\n<p>Sullivan is expected to meet external affairs minister <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/s-jaishankar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">S Jaishankar<\/a> and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
