A special team of the Punjab Police recovered all these mobile phones by raiding across the Bhatinda district of Punjab. Then on Wednesday (Jan 8) morning it was handed over to the owners. &#8220;We have returned about 106 stolen mobile phones to the owners, who registered their complaints in different Police stations and sub-divisions in Bathinda district. We registered all mobile theft complaints coming in the last 2-3 months on the CEIR portal, which helped us locate and trace the phones.
