Sonu Sood’s directorial debut Fateh<\/em><\/a>, which features Jacqueline Fernandez, Vijay Raaz and Naseeruddin Shah, released in theatres on January 10. While the action film had a slow start, its box office performance experienced a slight dip on the second day.\u00a0<\/p>\n

According to Sacnilk, Fateh<\/a> <\/em>earned Rs 2 crore on Saturday (Day 2), which is Rs 40 lakh less than its opening day collection of Rs 2.4 crore.\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Fateh<\/a> <\/em>is facing stiff competition from the Hindi-dubbed version of S. Shankar’s Game Changer<\/em>, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Additionally, the drop in Fateh’s <\/em>box office collection could be attributed to the opening ticket prices. On Friday, tickets were priced at Rs 99, which likely boosted the film’s initial earnings.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, as the weekend ticket prices returned to normal on Saturday, the film’s box office numbers saw a decline.<\/p>\n

In Fateh<\/em>, Sonu Sood plays the role of Fateh Singh, an ex-special ops officer turned dairy farming supervisor in Punjab. The story follows Fateh as he takes on a cybercrime syndicate after a village girl becomes its victim.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fateh teams up with Khushi Sharma (played by Jacqueline Fernandez), an ethical hacker, to rescue the girl and dismantle the cybercriminals. The high-octane action thriller is produced by Zee Studios and Shakti Sagar Productions.<\/p>\n
