The Supreme Court<\/a> has reconstituted its Gender Sensitisation<\/a> and Internal Complaints Committee<\/a>. The 11-member committee is headed by top court judge Justice B V Nagarathna<\/a>, who is the chairperson. <\/p>\n

The panel comprises Justice Nongmeikapam Kotiswar Singh and Sujata Singh<\/a>, who is OSD (Registrar), and senior advocates Menaka Guruswamy<\/a>, Liz Mathew and Bansuri Swaraj. <\/p>\n

Advocates Nina Gupta, Soumyajit Pani and Sakshi Banga are also part of the panel besides Madhu Chauhan, who is representative of the Supreme Court Bar Clerks’ Association<\/a> and Dr. Leni Chaudhuri, executive Director, University of Chicago Centre in India Pvt. Ltd and nominated by the Chief Justice of India.<\/p>\n
