NEW DELHI: The player who completes the Indian playing XI for the ICC Champions Trophy<\/a> next month is Hardik Pandya<\/a>, according to former Pakistani wicketkeeper batter Kamran Akmal<\/a>.
Prior to being sidelined by an injury sustained during the campaign, Hardik was an essential part of India’s ODI World Cup 2023 campaign.

His ability to chip in with the ball with ease and his dynamic batting show make him an invaluable member of the Men in Blue.
“The main player in the Indian team, without him the playing XI is incomplete is Hardik Pandya. He is my favourite, he is remarkable with the bat and the ball. He finishes the game as well,” Kamran said on his YouTube channel.
In addition to Kamran, former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina<\/a> said that the all-round talent of Hardik Pandya will be crucial to India’s success in the ICC Champions Trophy.<\/p>\n

“The most important role will be Hardik Pandya’s–when he bowls and whether he bowls in tandem with Kuldeep Yadav<\/a>,” Raina said on Star Sports Press Room.
Rohit Sharma<\/a> will lead India in the forthcoming major event, with Shubman Gill<\/a> serving as his deputy.<\/p>\n

The competition will take place between February 19 and March 9. Pakistan and the UAE will host it, and India will play their matches in the UAE under the hybrid model.
The marquee clash between India and Pakistan is scheduled for February 23 in Dubai.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
