of the central government, states, and union territories for building a streamlined and consistent legal and administrative framework for reforms for the benefit of both workers and employers, the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p>Deliberations will be held on key issues including <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/labour-reforms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labour reforms<\/a>, social security for organized and unorganized workers, including gig and platform workers, expanding ESIC medical infrastructure and healthcare facilities, and improving employability through <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/national-career-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">national career service<\/a> (NCS) portal and <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/model-career-centres\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">model career centres<\/a> (MCC). <\/p>\n<p>\u201cExchange of insights, experiences and best practices will take place on key labour and employment issues, including harmonization of the draft rules of states and UTs under labour codes,\u201d the ministry said. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe ministry will also deliberate on key labour reforms being undertaken by states and UTs under the existing framework in line with the spirit of labour codes,\u201d it said, adding states and UTs will showcase reforms undertaken by them and share experience of best practices.<\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:1--><br \/>According to the ministry\u2019s statement, the meeting is also aimed at capacity building for stakeholders for the transformation of the role of inspector to inspector-cum-facilitator. \u201cThese reforms are aimed at both facilitating growth of industry, including <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/msmes-and-start-ups\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MSMEs and start-ups<\/a>,
