The Court questioned Allahbadia&#8217;s lawyer on the parameters defining \u2018obscenity\u2019 and \u2018vulgarity\u2019 in public discourse. \u201cSuch behaviour has to be condemned,\u201d said the Supreme Court about Allahbadia\u2019s derogatory remarks. The Top Court emphasised that public figures should not make offensive statements that harm societal norms. Supreme Court highlighted the deeper issues behind Allahbadia\u2019s words, calling it \u201cdirt in his mind\u201d.
