There is a degree from 1978, bachelor of art,&#8221; Mehta said. <\/p>\n<p>Following an <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/rti-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RTI application<\/a> by one Neeraj, the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/central-information-commission\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Central Information Commission<\/a> (CIC) on December 21, 2016, allowed inspection of records of all students who cleared the BA exam in 1978 &#8212; the year Prime Minister Modi also passed it. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/include_growfast.cms?pagename=article&skipcss=1potime:2--><br \/> The high court had stayed the CIC order on January 23, 2017.
