Details Inside\" \/><\/div>\n<div id=\"ignorediv\">\n                                        <!-- Story Text --><br \/>\n                                                                                <b class=\"place_cont\">New Delhi: <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Akshay Kumar has sold his apartment in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali East, Mumbai for \u20b94.35 crore, as per a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/posts\/square-yards_squareyards-dataintelligence-bollywoodnews-activity-7304799879590002689-aXfX\u00a0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn<\/a> post shared by Square Yards.<\/p>\n<p><!--MIDTABOOLA--><\/p>\n<p>The actor bought the apartment in November 2017 for \u20b92.37 crore and witnessed an 84% appreciation over seven years.
