Foreign Minister Vijitha Herath made the statement while responding to a question on budget allocation debate in the parliament here. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/dynamic_link.cms?msid=107107653&subsecid=1715249553&pos=toppotime:1--> &#8220;We have maintained a close relationship with our neighbour India.
