The second FIR was filed by Chakraborty against Singh&#8217;s family members. Both the cases were transferred to the CBI, which had formed a SIT to probe the death <\/p>\n<p>Sources added that the investigation did not find any evidence to indicate that Singh was murdered. &#8220;No evidence was found to substantiate the claims made by KK Singh that his son was killed. Hence, a closure report has been submitted.
