Through these initiatives, Myanmar aims to ease the working relationship between its capital and various states, ET has learnt.<\/p>\n<p>Several stakeholders from Myanmar including from political parties participated in the workshops. The meeting was attended by three representatives from the National Solidarity and Peacemaking Negotiation Committee (NSPNC) of Myanmar, including its secretary, Lt-Gen Min Naing, and representatives from five of the seven armed groups that have signed the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/nationwide-ceasefire-agreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nationwide Ceasefire Agreement<\/a> (NCA) &#8212; Daw Saw Mra Razar Lin, Nan Yin Yin Soe, Colonel Saw Kyaw Nyunt, Yebaw Myo Win, and Colonel Khun Okka.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the following political party representatives were present: Chairman of People\u2019s Party U Ko Ko Gyi, Chairman of Arakan Front Party Dr Aye Maung, Vice-Chairman of the National Democratic Force Party U Htet Aung Kyaw, Chairman of the Tai-Leng Nationalities Development Party U Sai Htay Aung, Chairman of the Arakan National Party U Tha Htun Hla, former Pyithu Hluttaw representatives Daw Khin Saw Wai and U Ye Htun, former Yangon Region Hluttaw representative Dr Nyo Nyo Thin, writer Kyaw Win, U Khin Maung Soe from the USDP, and U Saw Than Myint from the Shan Nationalities Democratic Party.<\/p>\n<p>Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Force (NDF) U Htet Aung Kyaw told Myanmar\u2019s CNI News, &#8220;Long story short, we saw India&#8217;s negotiating skill there. For over 70 years, the Indian government has patiently negotiated, bit by bit, as much as it can. Now, this is quite successful. India experienced terrorism and armed resistance as well. India has promoted political negotiation as much as possible.
