It did not provide the exact location of the fire or what caused it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Rail lines had reopened but the disruption was expected to last until 12 p.m. local time, National Rail said in an update.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">Last month, a fire at an electrical substation knocked out power at Heathrow and forced the airport, one of the world\u2019s busiest, to <a class=\"css-yywogo\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/live\/2025\/03\/21\/world\/heathrow-airport-power-outage-fire\" title=\"\">shut down for almost a whole day<\/a>.
