Speaking at a press conference in <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/news\/bengaluru-news\" rel=\"noopener\">Bengaluru<\/a>, he said that when he talked to his Iranian counterpart he seemed &#8220;responsive&#8221; and that he wanted the embassy officials to get in touch with the crew members soon.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Narendra Modi&#8217;s guarantees are for both inside the country and outside,&#8221; he said, adding the Indian government would be there for any Indian who was in trouble outside the country. <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/jaishankar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jaishankar<\/a> said he was in touch with his counterparts in both <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/israel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Israel<\/a> and <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/iran\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Iran<\/a>. &#8220;Our government has been urging both the parties to find a way to de-escalate the situation&#8230; India has a lot of trade interests, cargo routes and oil supply channels in the region,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The world, he added, was going to face tough years ahead with economic tensions and global conflicts and the country needed a strong leader and stable government to remain the ocean of stability that it had become in the decade of the Modi-led <a data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/nda\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NDA<\/a> government. &#8220;Over the last decade, our global prestige has grown monumentally.
