Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh<\/a><\/strong>, along with their daughter Dua, are all set to move into their brand-new luxury apartment in Mumbai. The latest viral video shows that the construction of the sea-facing quadruplex apartment is nearly complete, and the couple will soon move into their new home, which is located in Bandra Bandstand, Mumbai.<\/p>\n

According to reports, Ranveer and Deepika\u2019s<\/a><\/strong> new house cost a whopping Rs 100 crore. It is also worth noting that superstars Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan<\/a> will be neighbours to Deepika and Ranveer, as SRK\u2019s Mannat and Salman\u2019s Galaxy Apartment are located in the same area. Shah Rukh has temporarily shifted to an apartment in Mumbai<\/a>\u2019s Pali Hill area, along with his family, as Mannat has gone under construction. The Don star is adding two more floors to his sprawling house.<\/p>\n

The power couple\u2019s new home is spread across the top four floors, from the 16th to the 19th floor. It has approximately 11,266 sq. ft. of interior space along with 1,300 sq. ft. of terrace area. The elegant and luxurious house will offer stunning views of the Arabian Sea. Apart from this property, the couple also own a bungalow in Alibaug, which they bought in 2021 for Rs 22 crore.<\/p>\n

After tying the knot in 2018, Deepika and Ranveer welcomed their daughter Dua in September 2024. On the work front, Deepika was last seen in Kalki<\/a> 2898 AD and Singham Again. She hasn\u2019t announced any new projects after the birth of her daughter. Meanwhile, Ranveer will next be seen in Dhurandhar, directed by Aditya Dhar, which also stars Sanjay Dutt<\/a>, R Madhavan, Arjun Rampal<\/a>, and Akshaye Khanna.<\/p>\n
