A bench of Justices Abhay S Oka and Ujjal Bhuyan also censured the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/sentence-review-board\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentence review board<\/a> (SRB) for rejecting prayers of premature release. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/dynamic_link.cms?msid=107107653&subsecid=1715249553&pos=toppotime:2--> &#8220;Sorry state of affairs prevails in the manner in which the Delhi government is dealing with the issue of premature release of prisoners.
