The Advocates Association at Bangalore has asked colleagues in Dharwad and Kalburgi too to join the protest in solidarity. <\/p>\n<p><!--\/dynamic_link.cms?msid=107107653&subsecid=1715249553&pos=toppotime:223-->On Tuesday, members of the bar, which included some veterans too, held a protest demonstration outside the High Court in Bengaluru, halting their work for about an hour.<\/p>\n<p>The protests came in response to the <a ref=\"dofollow\" data-ga-onclick=\"Inarticle articleshow link click#News#href\" href=\"https:\/\/economictimes.indiatimes.com\/topic\/supreme-court-collegium\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Supreme Court collegium<\/a>\u2019s recommendation to transfer four judges.<\/p>\n<p>The SC Collegium had on April 21 recommended transfer of Justices Krishna S Dixit, K Natarajan, Sanjay Gowda and Hemanth Chadangoudar, which sparked disapproval within the legal fraternity.
