The car was skidding on the \u201chalo\u201d which protects the driver\u2019s head.<\/p>\n<div class=\"osv-ad-class\" style=\"background-color: #f2f2f2;height: 375px;margin-bottom: 15px;\">\n<p>Story continues below this ad<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>FIA, the governing body for F1, said Zhou and Williams driver Alexander Albon were being medically evaluated. Albon had spun into the pit wall.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth drivers were conscious and will be evaluated at the medical center. Further updates will be given in due course,\u201d the FIA said.<\/p>\n<p>The drivers returned to the pits to await a restart.
