Actress Deepika Padukone<\/strong><\/a> has been away from the limelight for some time now. The actress who recently embraced motherhood has yet to return to the sets. Recently, we came across a video of Deepika on the Kapil Sharma Show where the actress spoke about how she was punished as a child if she ever misbehaved. The Jawan actress recalled being locked inside a store room as a child.<\/p>\n

Talking to Kapil, Deepika had said, \u201cThe apartment we used to stay in earlier has a long kitchen space, and there was also a store room. So whenever I misbehaved with my parents or didn\u2019t do my homework properly, I was locked inside the store room. The light switch for it was outside, so my father would lock me inside and switch off the light.\u201d<\/p>\n

In March, when Deepika had also attended the Forbes Summit in Abu Dhabi, she had spoken about her daughter and revealed how she also googled questions about children like every new mother does. At that event, Deepika had also spoken about her father and said, \u201cMy father told me that whatever you do, people remember you for the human being that you were. So, for me, whatever I do, I want to be remembered for the human being that I was.\u201d<\/p>\n
