Actor Vicky Kaushal has renewed his lease for an apartment where he lives with actor wife Katrina Kaif,<\/a> located in Mumbai\u2019s Juhu, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards. The three-year lease renewal transaction was officially registered in April 2025. Besides Vicky-Katrina, several other Bollywood celebrities, including Kartik Aaryan and Shraddha Kapoor, rented out luxury apartments in Juhu. The actor will be paying monthly rent starting at Rs. 17.01 lakh.<\/p>\n

Juhu is known for its sea-facing houses, scenic beach, upscale restaurants, and proximity to business hubs such as Andheri and Bandra. Stars like Varun Dhawan<\/a>, Janhvi Kapoor, and Shakti Kapoor also own apartments in Juhu, as per Square Yards\u2019 analysis of IGR property registration documents.<\/p>\n

Vicky\u2019s leased apartment is located in Raj Mahal, which is a ready-to-move residential project. The apartment spans a carpet area of 258.48 sq. m. (2,781.83 sq. ft.). The transaction incurred a stamp duty payment of Rs. 1.69 lakh. Moreover, the lease agreement provides exclusive rights to three car parking spaces, along with a security deposit of Rs. 1.75 crore.<\/p>\n

The analysis shows that the current three-year lease agreement, starting from January 2025, includes a monthly rent of Rs. 17.01 lakh for the first and second year, which increases to Rs. 17.86 lakh in the last year. Over the lease tenure, the total rental payment by the Masan actor is projected to touch around Rs. 6.2 crore. This renewal follows a previous lease agreement signed in July 2021 for a five-year period, in which the monthly rent started from Rs. 8 lakh.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Vicky Kaushal was last seen in the historical period drama Chhaava<\/a>. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film was a blockbuster hit. The actor will next be seen in Love And War, which also stars Alia Bhatt<\/a> and Ranbir Kapoor.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
