Khaleel Ahmad bowled the most expensive over of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season as he gave away 33 runs during the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) vs Chennai Super Kings (CSK) IPL 2025 match on May 3 (Saturday) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. RCB batter Romario Shepherd was at the centre of all the carnage as he scored all the 33 runs off Khaleel\u2019s bowling. Eventually, Shepherd achieved a 14-ball fifty, scoring 53 runs.<\/p>\n

In the 19th over of the RCB vs CSK match, Khaleel Ahmed was hammered for 33 runs by Shepherd.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On ball 18.1, Shepherd hit a massive six over midwicket. He followed it up with another six on 18.2, smacking a full delivery down the ground. Ball 18.3 saw an edged four off a slower off-cutter, as Shepherd found some luck. On 18.4, Khaleel was punished again with a full toss and Shepherd cleared the boundary for a six. Ball 18.5 was a no-ball that led to another six over point, showcasing Shepherd’s raw power. While Khaleel managed to bowl the free-hit ball for a dot, the over ended with Shepherd smacking the ball in the slot for a six into the top tier over long-off, making it the most expensive over of the season.<\/p>\n
