The board proposed a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share.<br \/>On a consolidated basis, net profit for the March quarter dropped 8% to Rs 4,933 crore. For FY25, consolidated profit after tax rose 21% to Rs 22,126 crore, supported by a Rs 3,013 crore gain from the insurance divestment.
