He highlighted how the attack on Pakistan\u2019s terror outfit impacted India\u2019s foreign policy. He said once India did Uri, Balakot, India pressed Pakistan on terrorism and India\u2019s foreign policy moved from diffidence to confidence. He said, \u201cI spoke earlier about terrorism as a challenge, it is still a challenge, it\u2019s a very big challenge. When we look at the last many decades I don\u2019t think any country in the world has been impacted so deeply by terrorism as we have. Can you think that our counter to terrorism policy was cost of attacking Pakistanis less than the attack in Pakistan.
