Zaheer Lone, an active <!-- -->Lashkar-e-Taiba<!-- --> terrorist and native of J&amp;K, meanwhile, is now in Pakistan\/Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.<\/p>\n<p>Zaheed, Zameer, and others \u2014 in connivance with terrorists of proscribed outfits \u2014 plotted a criminal conspiracy to raise funds by smuggling\/trafficking narcotics\/contraband from across the border and using the proceeds of the sales to financially support acts of terror, including setting ablaze govt buildings and residential houses of minority communities\/police personnel, and offices of political parties as directed by various terror outfits active in J&amp;K, the SIA statement said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe duo and their other associates, in close coordination through conversations over encrypted messaging applications, planned systematically, spreading communal disharmony through terror acts targeted at minority communities,\u201d the statement said, adding that further investigation was
